President of PowerSports Plus

As a veteran with almost 20 years of the Powersports Industry experience, Mike’s love for Powersports started when he was just 7 years. Mike cut his teeth on a Sears Mini-bike and since then has owned over 16 different motorcycles ... from Hodakas to Harleys ... PowerSports is his passion.

During those 20 years, Mike has worked in all aspects of the industry. He has work for both National and International organizations and consulted/facilitated/trained in the United States, Canada and Europe. He has done sales/product training as well as product kickoffs in Europe for the PowerSports Industry. He has worked for an OEM in developing/administrating/training/facilitating the growth of new sales and new sales opportunities within the dealer network. Additionally Mike has worked for both captive and non captive finance companies in the Powersports Manufacturer arena.

Mike has worked in over 750 Powersports dealers the U.S. and Canada. His experience in developing/managing/leading numerous In-Dealership consulting/training/facilitation programs for the OEM as well as in the Powersports Dealership network. Mike’s unique perspective on how a successful dealership should operate stems from his experience working for the OEM as well as in the dealer network. As Mike says, "I have been trained and experienced the Powersports business from both view points and when I help OEM/Dealer make informed strategic decisions about the use of their valuable resources I am able to pull from that unique perspective."

Mike has consulted on all aspects of the Powersports dealership arena ... from Sales to F&I to Parts to Accessories to Clothing to Service ... he has worked/trained/coached/mentored in all the profit areas. He has spoken at many of the PowerSports dealershows, worked on staff at numerous OEM Universities as well created training videos for the Lawn & Garden industry.

Mike holds a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Accounting from Fontbonne University and a B.S. from the University of Missouri – St Louis.
